This payment will be collected as to confirm your order.
Second Payment = Adjustment on shipping fee if any
Estimated shipping fee is collected in First Payment based on rough estimated of weight. Shipping fee will be calculated and adjusted accordingly to its actual shipping weight in Second Payment when actual weight is determined when reached China warehouse.
If items go out-of stock, we will issue a full refund upon collection/completion.
No minimum capping is required. Only orders with confirmed first payment received will be submitted for purchasing through our China agents. You can expect to receive your items in 2 to 3 weeks (for air shipping) or 4 to 6 weeks (for sea shipping) after receipt of your First Payment.

4 Easy Ways To Buy From Taobao with Chufangshop.com
Step 1: Submit Spree Order Form via Email.
1. Read our terms and conditions first before submitting your orders to us.

4. We will check your order form and reply to your email with payment details within 48 hours.
Step 2: Make First Payment.
1. Transfer your first Payment to our POSB or OCBC bank account within 2 days after payment advise as to confirm your order placement.
2. Email us your bank transaction details immediately after you have transferred the payment so we can proceed with your orders immediately.
Step 3: We Purchase For You.
1. We will acknowledge your payment by email once we had verified your payment.
2. We will purchase your orders on your behalf through our China agents after receipt of your First Payment.
3. We will email to update of any Out-Of-Stock items. If you wish to replace for your OOS items, you may do so by submitting your new orders to me on the same day as to avoid any further delays. Domestic courier will be payable. (It's highly recommended that you provide an alternative link/color/size for OOS item in your order form so you can save on domestic courier.)
4. Once all the items are reached our China warehouse, our China Agent will inspect the items for visual defects and mistakes. If everything is correct, they will arrange to ship out your items to us in Singapore, according to your choice of shipping methods.
Step 4: Make Second Payment and Collection.
1. Afer the items reached Singapore warehouse, it will take another 1-2 days to deliver the items to our collection office. We will SMS or email you once your items are ready for collection.
2. We will weigh your items and calculate the actual international shipping cost. The shippnig fee will be adjusted accordingly in the Second Payment before collection/delivery of items.
3. For OOS items, we will issue the refunds to you via ibanking or cash payment when collection/completion.
4. For self-collection/mass meetup/home delivery, please SMS me at 82371081 in advance to arrange for an appointment to collect/deliver your items.

Why must I use Taobao Agent?
We are Taobao Agent who can help you to do payment, communicate with sellers and arrange shipment at lowest rates to Singapore. Payment via credit cards or PayPal is not accepted on Taobao. Even if seller accepts money transfer, shipping fees are usually very expensive.

Our charging rate = $12 RMB per seller.

What is China Domestic Courier? Why must I pay for it?
Domestic Courier is the local postage fee charged by China sellers. It is the local postage within China for items to be sent to our agent's warehouse who will receive and send these items back to us in Singapore because many China sellers are unwilling to ship overseas.

Lowest International Shipping Fee
You can have your own choice of shipping method: By Sea Shipping or By Air Freight
Our rates as below:
1. Sea shipping: S$8 for first 500g, S$4 for every subsequent 500g
For sea shipment, the cargo vessel departs weekly, except announcement in notice. If items do not reach our China warehouse before schedule shipment, we will arrange the items to be shipped in the next shipment date. It will takes at least 14 days to arrive Singapore.
The waiting time is about 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of First Payment. This is the cheapest and most economical way to ship your items if you can wait patiently for your items.
2. Air shipping: S$12 for first 500g, S$8 for every subsequent 500g
For air freight, we have flights almost everyday (except Sunday and public holidays), no waiting, no delay...
Your items will be shipped out on the following day when all of your items arrived in China warehouse. It only takes about 2 to 3 working days to deliver your items from China warehouse to Singapore.
So you can expect to receive your items in 2 to 3 weeks after First Payment received. This is the fastest way to ship your items.
3. Special Air shipping: S$18 for first 500g, S$12 for every subsequent 500g
This usually takes 1 to 3 days longer than normal Air Shipping. It's especially for dangerous or sensitive items like branded goods, cosmetics items, powder, cream, car/motorbike batteries, insecticides, etc.

Volumetric Weight
According to international shipment standard, for light but bulky product, shipping cost of all shipment methods are charged based on the larger on between volumetric weight and actual weight.

Assuming that your order has 3 bags from 2 different seller. Their total cost is $200 RMB. You choose to ship your items by sea shipping. The total actual volumetric weight is 1.8kg.
Payment calculation:
First Payment = [ (Item Price + China Domestic Courier) / 4.6 + Shipping Fee based on 1.5kg ] x Agent Fee
= [ ($200 + $12*2) / 4.6 + (S$8 + 1*S$8) ] x 1.08

Processing / Lead Time
Your orders will be placed immediately after receipt of your first payment. No capping is required and no need to wait for other shoppers to join the spree. The earlier you place your order, the earlier you will receive your items.
Items shipped by air shipping can expect to arrive in Singapore in 10 days if sellers post out items in the next day!
Normal Lead Time:
By Air Shipping = 2 to 3 weeks after First Payment
By Sea Shipping = 4 to 6 weeks after First Payment
The estimated waiting time is given only based on average normal waiting time excluding any delay in China sellers' restocking/processing time, china domestic courier, custom check, weather conditions, etc.
Extension of 2 weeks after estimated waiting time is considered as normal. We have no control for such delays if such events happen.

Confirmation and Cancellation of Orders
A payment acknowledgement email will send to you once your payment has been verified. Your order is then accepted and confirmed.
We will not entertain any cancellations/amendments or refunds once the order is confirmed and your payment has been made to us.
If any item you ordered goes out-of-stock/out-of-production from our suppliers/manufacturer, we will cancel the order and make full refund to you upon collection/completion.

Exchanges and Refunds
All our goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All items will be inspected for quality before collection/delivery.
Quality inspection only includes quantity, size, color, design of the product and obvious visual defects.
Product quality and functionality test are not included in our inspection. We will not be responsible for quality & functionality related issues. However, you can still report to us if item received is faulty / malfunction, we will help you negotiate with seller for repair / exchange if seller agrees to do so, but you need to bear the shipping cost for repair / exchange.
All exchange requests have to be reported to us within 3 days via email. You are required to sent back to our collection office within 7 days upon collection/receipt. The item must be returned in original packaging and tags (if any), should not be washed or worn.
We will proceed to arrange for the exchange of the item to the same design, color and size.
If wrong item is being delivered to you due to our fault, we will ship the correct item back to you at no extra cost. Returning the items to our collection office is your responsibility.
Refunds can be made only if the purchase item goes out-of-stock. Please email us if you encounter any problem after sale.

Custom Related
Custom sensitive items like cosmetics, liquid, cream, battery, harddisk, air-tight food, fake branded items and etc, are likely to be inspected and confiscated by Custom of China or Singapore, and the shipping cycle could be delayed as a result.
Chufangshop.com will not be responsible for the loss of those items during custom inspection, or any consequence caused by purchasing such items.

1. Free self-collection at collection office at Blk 237 Yishun Ring Road.
(Take bus 800 and alight at 3rd bus stop from Yishun Bus Interchange.)
2. Flexible collection time but appointment must be arranged in advance before you come.
3. Please collect your items within one month from the day of your package arrives at our collection office.
4. Items left with us for more than one month will be deemed as abandoned and we will not entertain any claims or refunds for such confiscated items thereafter.

By Mass Meetup at Yishun MRT Station
1. Free scheduled mass meetup session is offered to all buyers.
2. You have to follow our scheduled time slot for mass meetup. We do not entertain any individual meetup to your own timing at Yishun MRT Station. If you cannot make it for our mass meetup, you can self-collect your items at our collection office at Blk 237 Yishun Ring Road.
3. Our current scheduled meetup time slot as follows:

Local Postage via Registered Mail only
1. Parcel will be posted out only when full payment with postage fee is received.
2. We post out mails on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. We will inform you by SMS/email after the items are being posted out.
3. A tracking number provided by SingPost will be provided in the SMS/email for postage via Registered Mail.

5. Registered Mail fee:
Less than 500g = S$3.75 per parcel (Difference in actual postage fee paid will not be refunded)

Home Delivery (within Singapore)
